LeBron James is not buying his Coral Gables mansion, says auto tycoon Alan Potamkin

The Coral Gables, Fla. estate owned by Alan Potamkin. Life and Style Magazine claimed last week that James was on the verge of purchasing the eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom estate that has a value, according to the magazine, of $49.5 million.
