All of the starters - forwards LeBron James and Anderson Varejao , guards Mo Williams and Delonte West , and center Zydrunas Ilgauskas - are back from the Cleveland Cavaliers team that went 66-16 last season and went 8-0 in two playoff series before losing to the Orlando Magic, 4-2, in the Eastern Conference Finals.
